The 19th release in the Fale FM Foundations series is an exercise in curiosity, instinct, and embracing the unexpected.
Try New Things Mix was built entirely on the fly, capturing the energy of spontaneous decision-making and the joy of seeing where the music wants to go. Rather than chasing perfection, the mix leans into experimentation, leaving space for the small imperfections that naturally emerge when creating in the moment.
Moving freely between genres while anchored in the rhythms of gqom and UK funky, the selection is playful, unpredictable, and intentionally chaotic. Unexpected turns, sharp pivots, and moments of contrast are all part of the experience, creating a mix that keeps listeners on their toes from beginning to end.
If it gives you a little whiplash, that's exactly the point.
This is Fale FM.
