Loving Rickie Lee Jones!
I love her so much! Duchess of Coolsville for the win!
balance in some tracks is f*** up
Almost half the songs in this set are either live, demo, or vinyl edits. I like to keep with the original recording levels because that is how the artist provided it to their audience; I feel it an injustice to molest that. Almost all my sets are heavy on demo/live/vinyl tracks, so if that's not your thing then just don't listen to my sets in the future...
I like your sets and I intend to keep on listen to them (I think), I just thought you hadn't noticed that some of the songs in this particular set were actually mono, or, I should say, just on the right channel. I don't think that Savoir Adore recorded their song "Regalia" (ca. 39 min) with balance shifted all the way to the right? Right? On the other hand, the Chris Botti that follows can be heard in both speakers. Are you sure it's OK? Or perhaps it's just my playback's fault, or is it the mixcloud?
Thanks for the reply. I listened to Regalia in my headphones and it plays in both channels so I'm not exactly sure your experience. I'm not saying that I don't believe that is happening to you, but it's working fine for me... hmmmm. I'm curious if anyone else experiences this?
Have you listened to your set online, or just to this song on your computer? I listened on 3 different sources (pc, iphone, macbook) and the problem remains...
