Wintersonne [ES15]

can't believe it's been over two years since my last submission in this space. in hindsight, i think it took some soul-searching (both musically and personally) to find myself in a space to put this together without feeling like i was forcing something out of desperation. meanwhile, i found myself getting better at using cdjs, learning how to make mixes on ableton (recent mixes for the friendzone and the red room), and learning better ways to take care of myself.

winter around my area ends up being a compromise of warm afternoons and colder, sometimes rainy nights. the consistently contrasting weather here and a weekend snowboarding in breckenridge, colorado (coldest weekend of my life) with friends served as inspirations that brought this mix to life. as always, thanks for reading and enjoy!
