This wave is meant to be an embodied visualization, with an earth terrain to embody for each song. See terrains meant for each songs on the title tracks. While dancing, you can internalize the qualities + experience them within your body. ie. What does it feel like to have the heat of the desert suddenly turn cold at night or the rushing circulation of a wild river. Enjoy feeling like the earth!
Schumann resonance - The Schumann resonances are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low-frequency portion of the Earth's electromagnetic field spectrum.
Earthing - The earth’s surface has a virtually limitless supply of mobile electrons that gives the ground (+bodies of water) a natural negative electric charge. By touching the ground, it dissipates static electricity + extraneous environmental electrical charges that are on you. At the same time, you receive a charge of energy in the form of free electrons + your body synchronizes with the natural frequencies of the earth.
