Indecision/Decision - In the 5Rhythms, indecision can lead to confusion, which can lead to chaos. What happens when we take one path over another? How hard is it, sometimes, to make that very decision?! Sometimes, it's a lot of pressure to make a decision. Sometimes, it takes a bit of pressure to make a decision! In that gap, is confusion. This dance will take you through opportunities to be decisive and to let go of the decision-making process...sometimes letting go takes us to a place where decision making is easier, especially when we let go of the head.
