I've managed to put my back out, crouching down and rummaging in boxes in the small storage space in the loft. Normally I record the podcast kneeling on the floor of a cupboard, but I decided that probably wasn't the best thing for my back. So I went out for a morning constitutional and recorded the show on the move instead. Expect dream-pop and post-punk riot grrrl music. Was any of this better for my back? Probably not. Probably not.
