Finding My Forest Guide

We had an amazing opportunity to lead a wellness session at Sunday Love in DC at Flash night club. We developed and played this mix with our own created sounds to provide the backdrop to a breath-work inspired meditation and visualization on expression. We led participants to imagine a meeting with their inner guide. Enjoy!
