Wintersunlight

This WAVE is the basis for a meditation, a breathing meditation with music and guidance, such as the Quantum-Light-Breath (QLB). (It is only the music, the guided meditation is not part of this file, but you can use this without). It is an invitation to breathe and become aware - and to dance. An invitation to let go of yesterday, let go of tomorrow and be in the here and now. And to see who and what you really are.
And besides, it's a celebration of the winter solstice. The shortest day, the longest night, greatest darkness - birth of light. On the outside, as on the inside. Let a light shine, your heart shine. It is so simple...
