It is recorded in some old books that the actual date of Beltane is the 3rd of May and therefore 2nd of May is Beltane Eve. I've recently been feeling a surge of new musical inspiration so here are some tunes from some fairly recent CD's that have come my way as well as some older ones in anticipation of eagerly awaited new music from Rachel Sermanni and Siobhan Wilson.
