Ecstatic dance is a practice for me of getting out of my head and into the soft flowing wisdom of my body. In that space, music and my physicality become inseparable companions in the spaciousness of the moment. In the right setting, our intentions can be deeply and sweetly invoked. In that space, I seek out the spaciousness that helps me feel whole again.
