Tonight sees the re-opening of The Basement, a small but perfectly formed bar in Glasgow's West End that holds many great memories for me. I'll be DJing there from 8-midnight, with the bar open from 7pm.
Located underneath the far more conspicuous Tennents Bar on Byres Road, The Basement's entrance is easy to miss but for me that was always a plus, as if it was a secret that I was in on. It's a far cry from the usual Ashton Lane set: the drinks are cheap and the atmosphere is great. Come join.
