I had a big moment in a recent getaway I've been to when all the gigs I went to had music that wasn't aligned with. They were electronic, sure, but didn't really capture my intrigue.
People decided to head to where I was sleeping to make it an afterparty pad, and i had the mixers on me. They encouraged me to play a set with all the songs I liked. I went into a zone for 2.5 hours and recorded the whole thing. The feedback/reactions I got from people who never knew organic house existed, were immense. 15 or so people barely spoke that much for the duration. It was me. My controllers. And people dancing. For two and a half hours. It was a moment like never before and this is what played that night :)
