When I made this tape years and years ago the generic title actually had a couple different meanings. 'Happy' meaning the overall mood of the mix and 'Hardcore' referring to the early UK Hardcore and Breakbeat Hardcore records on this tape. This is not straight up Happy Hardcore. There are a ton of Impact Record releases on this one and lots of Naughty Naughty ones too. Enjoy.
