This mix I had in mind for a long time, and finally I made it!
In the mix I used tracks from LPs from my vynil collection. These discs are very dear to me.
They started my love for music. Where I just did not find them - in basements, closets, attics, and often in the trash. Unfortunately, not all the discs have been preserved in perfect condition.
These records are not rare - some of them were released numerous copies. In the USSR, they were probably in every music lovers collections and not so highly quoted as a "branded" Western European or American. But, nevertheless, for many Soviet people they were a kind of "window to Europe" and associated with "Western" way of life, despite the fact that they come from Eastern Europe. These discs are the real music background of the time - the decade 1970 - 1980, and of the socio-cultural and political space that was called in the West creepy phrase "Eastern Bloc" or "Socialist Camp."
