About 2 weeks into isolation, on Mar 25, I had an anxiety attack. My first one ever, I think. It happened while I was laying next to my 3yr old waiting for him to nap, scrolling through Twitter. All of it: the bad news, the statistics, the growing list of symptoms, the paranoia, the isolation, the isolation, the isolation...all of it, bled out of my thoughts and into my body, causing me to feel short of breath, feverish, and disoriented. Thought it was Covid-19 (still could be...) but the doctor on the Kaiser hotline said I sounded nothing like someone with pneumonia. After dinner, my partner was able to watch the kids so that I could destress by djing on IG live. This is that set. Nothing was planned, just played songs that I needed to hear to calm the fuck down.
