Music, for me, is an absolute life saver, whatever ups and downs I have experienced music has always kept me going.

Music is human expression, it can be there to lift you up or be there with some sympathy and empathy.

I Love how music weaves through my life, sometimes I will have heard a piece of music so many times, suddenly I find myself in one of life's storms and the lyrics in a track can make me realise someone at some point in time felt the same and came through the other side.
