I worked at this small but really amazing club in the 80s called Xanthus. Located in Baton Rouge, LA, this place really packed in a diverse group of people from all over the US. The music that was played there were also extremely diverse.
I've often wondered what I would be playing if the club were still open, and I was still a DJ there. I didn't go into this mix thinking that, but looking at it now, this could be what it would sound like now.
