What else? (Cloud seeding?)

Today, these 'evil spirits' connected the action of spraying chemicals on our yard to spraying 'con-trails' in the air - as I had mentioned this fact the other day and asked if it was safe or not.
Today, on 'spray day'(?) the connection was made again between the spraying of the chemicals to the spraying of something in the sky / atmosphere that seems to gather moisture for rain. Again, this is just the connection that 'it' makes to me while I go about my daily life. Is rain on the way? Are clouds being 'seeded'?
Is the process effective? It seems to be - but is it safe? The chemical connection was not in my capability except to notice. 'It' is the entity that drew my attention to 'it'.
So, if cloud seeding is now a normal practice, then is it safe and does it cause damage? Could it be used as a blessing? Is the 'no-mercy' viewpoint of an oppressor connecting a blessing to a curse? Could weather modification extend too far and become weather weaponization?

Let's talk about growing versus over-growing a particular point or activity.
At what point has something 'gone too far'? Could a little be too much of something bad?
Could a lot of something just a little bit bad also reach a point of being too much?
What is in their 'seed'? And
How could anyone answer the question of what is 'too much' harm? (hint, 'it' uses statistics!)
