Psychedelic Shortwave

Imagine an alternate reality where the Eastern Bloc is still a thing. And you're sitting in your room in a drab 1950s hotel in some Romanian provincial capital, having discovered there is absolutely nothing to do in town. But, ah! You have a bottle of Slivovitz ... and a shortwave radio. So you turn it on and tune in some crazy stoner DJ from the Netherlands ... with occasional intrusions from ... some other channel, somewhere. Yeah, something like that.
