Ecstatic dance wave touching multiple energy levels, moods and genres, from chillout to DnB.

How to ecstatic dance?
- Carve out 75 minutes and treat it like a meditation class.
- Find a private space (room, garden, or even a walk), and remove distractions
- Wear comfy clothes, dance barefoot if possible.
- Move however you need: stretch, dance, shake, lie down, stare at the ceiling. No judgment.
- If we others, you can interact if you both feel like it, but avoid chatting. I'd advise to start solo and connect to yourself, the space and the music first.
- Expect many genres and moods. If you dislike something, trust it will change soon. Use the feeling as something to work through.
