Just returned from my monthly run on a normal sunny day in Copenhagen and the combination was magical. Let me try to break down one by one: The track selection seems carefully hand-picked, you can feel that Marathon 2 was drafted with a runner's mind. The tracks' steady energy level and groove combined with the DJ's ability to transition seamlessly allowed me as a user to get immersed by the perfect flow. Occasionally trancey break downs, namely around 39:45 or 1:05:00, allow the user to regenerate and ground oneself, before going into the last bits of one's workout. Needless to say, the two curveballs at the end wind up this set perfectly, putting a smile on my face. If I could, I would have given Marathon 2 a total of 6 stars.
TLDR: From the moment I stumbled upon Marathon 2, I have been blown away as a music lover and jock. eddy rider providing you with the gems to your heart's content!
