when i speak 4 myself , i need to have a certain concept to hold on instead of going in all kind of directions ,
this way i am able to recognize which traks i used in which mix 10 years ago , not really loll , but a little bit ,..
when i dj live i prefer a theme like 4 example ; country , same idea , i become total chaotic when i need to play from madonna to slayer to r & b back to ska muzik ,.. i only wanna play everything within country to stay calm or become calm ,.. chaos & chaos = no good , you see !"?
Agreed, I also prefer to stay with the same theme for a set. But recognizing a track that I used 10 years ago - I'd definitely recognize all tracks I've played as I handpick all my tunes - but recognize in which set n all - no idea even about a month ago lol
