On January 24th 2018 one of the sharpest and brightest minds to have ever sprung form the world of music passed away. Mark E. Smith was not just the leader and mastermind behind one of the most seminal post-punk bands of all time, but also a radical spirit and master collaborator who will live forever through his prolific art.
Two days ago his funeral took place at Blackley Crematorium in Manchester before a wake at one of his favourite pubs, The Woodthorpe in Prestwich which ended up in a brawl...
