While Slade continues to track Randy Emery Herman, we are introduced to Hotaru Kogame, another iCorps Emissary.  She has her own Target to track, and the results are more than expected. New information is revealed about the Letter. Slade and Diplomatic Officer Dmytro Kozel leave Kiev following the trail of Herman.
