I've been passionately studying and collecting black music since I first heard Public Enemy (age 12). Throughout the 90's I built a solid hip-hop collection. Then in 2000, I found 2 new loves: House and Techno. Nowadays, I don't collect much new hip-hop but I put out at least an hour of House/Disco/Techno every week. These days it's all digital but that means that I can buy ten times the records and keep putting out quality programs. I try to balance my sets: there's usually new tracks, classics, different genres/sub-genres
