...and in the SPIRIT of the season the latest edition is very dark affair indeed with plenty of classics to have a go at: Underground Sound Of Lisbon's apocalyptic acid anthem "So Get Up", Fake Blood's other worldly "Mars", Hervé's "Thriller" inspired electro house & Duck Sauce's howling full moon hoedown.
Roland Clark, Reflekt and Sylvia Toshun bring us some haunting house sounds before we get dirty with some heavy bass electro breakbeat house from Róisín Murphy, some dark drum and bass & dubstep sounds from June Miller & Mefjus, Skream's classic remix of La Roux and Goldie's haunting urban soundscape featuring the late Diane Charlemagne.
"Insomnia" by Faithless brings the mix firmly back into 4/4 territory and leads nicely onto MHE's take on a Simon & Garfunkel classic. The final hour then continues in a very dark vein indeed with Hot Since 82, Dave Aude, Radioslave, Peter Horrevorts, Cirez D & Aphrohead.
