Get Funked Vol. 2

Get Funked Vol. 2

Playing tracks by

Stevie Wonder, McFadden & Whitehead, Julia and Compagny, James Brown, MFSB and more.

Get Funked Vol. 2 is a collection of some of the finest Funk, Soul and Disco from my music collection mixed together by myself. Funk and early Disco has inspired so many of today's artists and has been sampled in many different songs and genres! If you like to dance to music then I am sure you will enjoy this soulful mix of songs.

This is the second mix in the series and follows on from where the last mix left off. This mix contains Disco and Funk which is faster than the first and more uptempo.

Hope you enjoy the Funk! Please leave a comment and Favourite this mix if you like it.

Hey, I like the selection of tunes, but I think you may mix them in order to get more rythm / more dynamic. Keep mixin' and sharin' this kind of music ! H.

Thank you for your honest comments. I am still very new to the Funk genre and have concentrated more on Tracklist, I shall bear it in mind on the next volume to think about the overall rhythm and flow.

Thank you for the nice mix, Daniel!

Very nice selection! Where do you get hold of these edits?

Daniel Lee Broadhurst

Hello Shaun. I took the time and made these edits myself, just simple chopping, cutting and pasting edits. It took me a while to get through them all but I think it can make the tracks more fun to play when you can extend the parts you enjoy.
