Kara Manfredi on Starting a Reference Program

Kara is founder of the Worldwide Customer Reference Networking User Group with over 200 members. She is also an active member of the advisory board of the Customer Reference Forum.

She has over 12 years experience in the Sales and Marketing industry and has built customer reference programs from the ground up.  She has created customer reference pools of up to 1000 referenceable customers. Kara is currently with Deltek, the leading provider of enterprise management software for project-focused organizations.  At Deltek, she has created, implemented and supports a global customer reference program.
