we used to have house parties pretty frequently at a friend's house sr. year of high school. that's the time when i was deepest into djing as a hobby. at the time, i was making mix CDs for friends of really random edm & hip hop and passing them out in school. the series was called AMOSS - A Mix of Stupid Sounds. very high school name. i don't have the first 3 mixes anymore, which is a shame because the third one is something i really wish i could revisit. if anyone has those cds, let me know.
i was often on aux playing mixes from Ultra Music Festival sets and other major edm festivals of the time and i decided to start making mixes specifically for the house parties we would have.
this was the last one in the series. this is what we all listed to the summer before going to college. i'm so nostalgic for these times and i miss them dearly. we didn't really know then that would be the last of it. it's heartbreaking but at least we have things like this to look back on and remember.
