Corazón #3: Let's Start The Dance!

So here's another mixtape chock full of Afro, Latin and Brazilian goodness and hopefully the start of a regular monthly selection of tropical treats for your ears (we might throw in a few guest mixes along the way too). Corazón residents Nik Weston (http://www.mixcloud.com/Mukatsuku/ / GUYNAMUKAT), Rob Coley (http://www.mixcloud.com/soul_identity/ / http://www.mixcloud.com/thejazzmeet/ ) take half the tape each to deliver a fierce selection of tunes old and new... classic Elza Soares, Alfredo Linares and Luis Santi material rubs shoulders with that of contemporary artists like Antibalas, Jungle Fire and La Excelencia, while the great Ghanaian musician Ebo Taylor gets a look in with a track from his new solo album 'Appia Kwa Bridge' out now on the legendary Strut label. It all acts as a little warm-up to our opening Friday night Corazón throwdown at London's Floripa tomorrow night, so let us know what you think and feel free to shake a leg (or two)!
