In the future, will blindness be an issue as technology grows? Will there be sensing devices that step in to allow blind / VI people to scan their environment? This is also partially true as one man has implanted himself with sensing devices, he is not blind though, but this device translates his environment to vibrations and when he scans the area, he can navigate with his eyes closed.
