Toms River native/resident Danny Clinch shot the cover art and package for Bruce Springsteen's "High Hopes" album, his sixth cover shot for Springsteen. The photographer/musician/film maker visited with Tom Cunningham on the Hawk's Bruce Brunch on Sunday 1/19 less than 12 hours after he jammed with Springsteen and Joe Grushecky at the annual Light Of Day show at the Paramount Theater in Asbury Park. The conversation included what it's like at a Springsteen photo shoot, plus what it's like to go toe to toe with The Boss on stage. Clinch is nominated for a Grammy Award this Sunday night in Los Angeles for Best Music Film for directing Ben Harper With Charlie Musselwhite - I'm In I'm Out And I'm Gone: The Making Of Get Up!

Cool interview, thanks. Danny should release a big fat coffee table photo book on Bruce :-) Cheers from The Netherlands.
