Don't Stop The House - LIVE MIX

Been meaning to stitch a few of the old ones together. Dusted the rotars off and wound the old 1210s up and went from BT to Wink to Jamiroquai and through a swag of classic house labels of old.

This was my first run at it.. there are a few tweaks to be made and I'll work up a remix that's tighter and a little longer, soon. For those keen on having a listen, and a groove, enjoy :)

I called the mix "Don't Stop" because once I got to the Soul Vision banger, I went and cocked the mix up.. it just made me want to stop and start again.

Whatever our art, we're often our harshest critics; this is a trait that simply isn't an entirely helpful part of the process. We can get in our own way, be overly critical, stop ourselves from 'shipping' the work.

So, as I pushed the crossfader hard to the right and stood there, annoyed with myself, wanting to scrap it and do something else, I took a breath, took in the sound and thought.. yeah, don't fucking stop.
