"But I am rubbish at praying"

Looked at books - and disheartened.
Jesus got up early to pray
Daniel prayed many times a day

Previous experience sermons and books not an encouragement!
I cannot pray for 20mins without stopping for breath like some people can.

It can leave you feeling a bit inadequate.

But it’s not true, and as I researched this I realised about prayer.
So what is prayer?
The aim of prayer is not to change the mind of God, but to bring our hearts into line with Him.
