Oceanator Interview

This week, CHIRP Radio's Features co-director Jessi D spoke with Brooklyn-based mutli-instrumentalist  Elise Okusami, who performs as Oceanator. They discuss the record label she started during quarantine, Plastic Miracles, the apocalyptic and mental health themes of her debut album, Things I Never Said, and the productive workflow of her most frequent collaborator, her brother.

Things I Never Said will be re-released on vinyl on Polyvinyl in January 2021.
