007 Hedging Against Depression

I am pod-casting in the middle of
a storm which a perfect analogy for this episode, sirens, and loud mufflers included
this show demonstrates the life mix of craziness we all find ourselves in. Yet
the important thing to remember is that it all has a toll on our life and when
discouragement and disappointment sets in we have the perfect storm for
depression. I share my thoughts on the subject and hope it is helpful as I too
am battling with depression as well.
