The project research is an installation that works on the materiality of the time in construction sites and quarries in Lebanon. The work focuses in large parts around the construction and the behavior of memory in a context where there are many disruptions and interruptions of memory. The time not yet consumed in construction sites is the time before places are defined, determent in the special sense, named and inhabited. The artist surveys landscapes and construction sites in the time when workers are in their rest, when the machine is off for a while and the dust is still falling, the material is thick, it pauses.
