Flood

I recorded this one way back in 2007/8 when Sheffield was struggling with floodwater ... it is quite upbeat and was recorded at a time when I was really into Simian Mobile Disco and Hot CHip... they are definitely evident in this mix!

I didn't record it live as I was messing about with Abelton at the time. Some of the tracks have a strange rippling effect on them and I would like to say it is the rainwater that caused it but in honesty, it is just crappy compression.

It doesn't get in the way of what is a slightly alternative mix though.

I hope someone out there enjoys it. I listened to it last night with a bottle of red and it sounded great (even if I am a little biased).
