Send In The Clouds

I should consult someone who knows more than me but I think this mix is danceable, shudder... some nice shifts in direction and genre here that please me. What else? Some bands must never be forgotten, I would throw The Wedding Present into that category. Realizing (again) I am a child of the sixties, fine with me, just keeps surfacing of late... for example, Quicksilver Messenger Service in this mix, John Cippolina's guitar playing still gives me the shivers, still makes me crank it up. This performance is so late sixties, open minded, powerful and electric, traveling from Bo Diddley rhythm through Jazz and Atmospheric. Just the first two parts here of six from their 1969 live release, Happy Trails, worth tracking down. I hope some of this connects with you, thanks for listening,
