Meditations #2

"Meditations #2" is a title taken from the Gil Sansón & Lance Austin Olsen release "Works on Paper". This mix features several contemporary (and in need of support!) small label music releases by Elsewhere, Another Timbre, Black Truffle & Granny Records mixed in with re-imagined guitar by Sandy Ewen (her self-released bandcamp album "Tributaries") and no-input mixer sound by Toshimaru Nakamura. Jack String Quartet adds a selection from John Luther Adams' "Lines Made by Walking: Along the Ridges" and Víkingur Ólafsson performs 18th century music by Rameau. Cassandra Miller, Bellows, Savvas Metaxas, The Giving Shapes and others are also included.
