Breezewood

Breezewood is "a deliberately awkward sprawling transition between Interstate 70 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, where they (almost) meet." (Amanda Hurley, CityLab) It's also a terrific new album by Nate Scheible that is the primary inspiration for this mix. "Breezewood" is a collection of mostly recent music along with some other segue-appropriate soundscaping connections; thoughts of free cable, sputtering WIFI, ice machines, the hum of passing cars, windblown fast food wrappers and slamming doors throughout.
