Manasseh is the project and sound system found by Nick "Manasseh" Raphael back in 1985. Nick is one of the pioneers of the UK Dub/Reggae scene. In 1990 Nick set up his first studio and was involved in setting up a new label called Riz Records to release the productions from the new studio. The label ran for about 7 years. Nick has produced, mixed, written, and remixed music for many other artists and labels, including Reggae Roast, Foundation, Digi Signal, Dubkasm, Soothsayers, Emiliana Torrini, Pama International, Resonators, The Drop, J Star, The Trojans and Rootikal records amongst many others.
I also invited him to play at Echochamber in Hamburg, with MC Brother Culture on the mic.
