BTTB 2002-05 // Mr. Nice of Freakmenoovers // S-028.2

You already know the BTTB-X-Series providing mixes by guest DJs.
And you also know Soul <-> HipHop aka All Samples Cleared!?, a series dedicated to original samples.

Sometimes these two concepts melted into one mix by a guest dj who mixes some original samples.

Here we have a mix by Mr. Nice of the Freakmenoovers from Glasgow. In 2001 he got 3rd in the Scottish DMC Championships, and while recording this mix he was in the middle of preparing for the 2002 contest - in which he got 2nd in Scotland and into the Uk finals. Together with Dema they formed the Freakmenoovers, and they recorded a mixtape in two parts for the BTTB-X-Series. This is Part 2 by Mr. Nice, Part 1 was mixed by Dema and appeared here yesterday.
