BTTB 2002-05 // DJ Dema of Freakmenoovers // S-028.1

You already know the BTTB-X-Series providing mixes by guest DJs.
And you also know Soul <-> HipHop aka All Samples Cleared!?, a series dedicated to original samples.

Sometimes these two concepts melted into one mix by a guest dj who mixes some original samples.

Here we have a mix by DJ Dema of the Freakmenoovers from Glasgow. He used to dj for Belles in Monica and also hosted the Kinetic Energy Radio Show. Together with Mr. Nice they formed the Freakmenoovers, and in 2002 they sent me a mixtape in two parts. This is Part 1 by Dema, Part 2 was mixed by Mr. Nice and will appear here soon.
