Here is a guest mix by Asprin, who searched for samples used by DJ Shadow on his Solesides releases. He called his mix Solecism and later released it as a tape together with Mr. Jeigh.

In August 2000 I started a series dedicated to Sampling. This was long before whosampled.com made it easy to find musical references - my source were liner notes on record sleeves, my ear and my record collection.

In 2009 I relaunched this series under a new name: Soul <-> HipHop became All Samples Cleared!?
