Serbian performance artist Marina Abramovic's work reflects a life of struggle and violence
and explores the limits of the body and the artist/audience dynamic.
From ingesting pills for catatonia to inviting the audience
to "use" a collection of objects (including scissors and a gun) on her.
It's fair to say she is amongst the most challenging artists working today.

This soundscape is built around her 1997 documentary Balkan Baroque.
