Go for a decent mixer and also good headphones . Mixer is main thing . If it's not for moving around it's eady to get a good mixer for a fair price . There are many roads to Rome . Waiting for your next mix :)
Dude, you are better then some prof dj's . Being a pro has hardly anything to do with good equipment . Track choice is always nr 1 Everything besides that is extra . What i try to tell starting dj's , is just focus on the tracks and the flow of a mix ( effects and everything aren't even needed) with the right tracks. Keep on rocking i also enjoy this mix like the other comment said .
thanks for your kind words. But i am afraid i'm gonna disagree with you, some good equipment will help a bit. While i struggle to do the crossing between the songs, a better DJ console would make that easier and smoother. Anyways, i do this for fun and started to do it in August/September 2015. Still learning ...:) All the best.
Man, thank you for all your replies. Actually, those are the first replies i ever get since i upload all my mixes on mixcloud. It's good to know that people like your work and even better...when people send their impressions (honest ones at least) regarding your creation. I am a begginer in mixing and i intend to stay that way. I dont't have all the professional tools that great DJ's have...but i am squeezing every bit of performance my mind and my mixing console allow me to squeeze. The beauty of what i do is that i can choose to mix whatever i want, the way i want to do it, i can choose a storyline or just get carried away with the flow...as long as i get even a little feedback from my listeners ,i will carry on with it. If after Addex or Babak Shayan i choose to go on with "Walking with elephants" or "Movement of the whale", in that moment when o chose to do so, i will go on on that line. Anyway, i thank you for your feedback and i hope you understand that i am in the beggining of a beautiful journey in the world of deep tech and minimal deep tech. Only the best to you and all my listeners ! :)
32;00 minutes in ........ dude i'm so impressed by this storyline journey of tracks . Also you have two artist that i really support in your mix , Addex and Babak Shayan . Sorry if i disturb you with all these messages but i know how hard it is to get actual feedback instead off the standard crap people write . You have our support , you also don't need to follow back , we are just about good house music . ONE LOVE
