When Practice Makes Imperfect

The mantra of practice and particularly best practice is often used to drill into our expected behaviour. But often this can backfire in today’s constantly evolving world. What we really need is the push to use best practice as merely a start, instead of the end. A healthy learning ecosystem is an integral part of making this happen.
