Gigantism

Lurch is the gigantic butler of The Addams Family.  Besides his extreme height, his hands and feet are large, his skin is thick and he has pronounced brows and lower jaw protrusions. In medical terms, this gigantism is known as acromegaly, a result of excessive growth hormones.
