Paul Lim Ooi Joo, Managing Director of Inta Bina Group Bhd, the Klang Valley and Johor-focused building contractor, is going for listing on the ACE Market at the end of May. But unlike other builders with CONQUAS and QUALITAS accreditation, has no plans to move into development just yet.
